Our Commitment to You

1. Jerry’s Toys & Collectibles is built on a simple idea:

Collectors deserve a store that treats toys and collectibles with the same care they do. Every item is sourced, evaluated, and handled by people who understand condition, authenticity, and the expectations of serious collectors. We work hard to make sure that what you see is what you get — and that you always feel respected, informed, and treated fairly.

2. Authenticity & Product Evaluation

We curate our inventory with attention to origin, condition, and legitimacy.

  • All Funko Pops, action figures, and collectibles are assessed for authenticity to the fullest extent possible using industry-standard methods.
  • When known, we identify and disclose special editions, variants, stickers, production runs, or packaging notes.
  • If an item has noticeable imperfections, they are photographed or described before purchase whenever possible.
  • Because many collectibles are acquired from secondary markets, private collections, or retired inventory, minor shelf wear or age-appropriate imperfections may be present. We always try to make these clear so you can buy with confidence.

3. Final Sale Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.

This policy reflects the nature of the collectibles market, where condition, rarity, and provenance matter, and where items often can’t be resold once shipped, or opened, handled, or removed from original packaging by the purchaser.

4. Order Accuracy & Fulfillment

We take care to ensure accurate product descriptions, photographs, and inventory counts. In the rare event of an error — such as an incorrect listing or an item being unavailable — we will contact you immediately with options, including a refund.

5. Packaging & Shipping Care

Collectors expect items to arrive in the condition advertised. To help ensure this:

  • We package items securely with corner protection, bubble wrap, and reinforced boxes whenever appropriate.
  • We may use soft protectors, hard stacks, or specialty sleeves for sensitive Funko Pops or higher-value items.
  • Tracking information is provided on shipped orders. Once transferred to the shipping carrier, transit conditions are outside our control, but we will assist with documentation if needed.

6. Local Pickup

If you select local pickup, items will be held for a reasonable window of time. Failure to pick up an order within that period may result in cancellation and restocking.

7. Pricing & Promotions

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless noted. Promotional offers apply only during the published time window and cannot be retroactively applied.

8. Customer Satisfaction & Issue Resolution

We want every collector to feel valued. If there is a concern with your order or experience, contact us directly. We strive to approach our relationships with a customer-focused mindset. That means:

  • Prioritizing transparency at every step

Our goal is a long-term relationship with collectors — not one-off transactions.

9. Privacy & Security

Your customer information is used solely to process orders, manage your account, and communicate with you when you subscribe to our marketing communications. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required for payment processing or shipping.

From time to time, we may update these Terms & Conditions. The version posted on our website or available in-store at the time of purchase applies.
